Cluff Gold Receives First Exploration Results from Baomahun Project

Cluff Gold has received the initial exploration drill hole results, which targets the versatile time domain electro-magnetic (VTEM) anomalies at Baomahun project in Sierra Leone. The encouraging assay results have verified the expectation of the company in identifying gold intersects at Target 5 in the Baomahun project.

These drilling results have confirmed the occurrence of gold and sulphides that is being discovered by the conductive anomalies of the VTEM analysis. The initial drill hole has intersected 1.59 g/t gold over 5 m including 11.1 g/t gold over 1 m, 5.77 g/t gold over 2 m.

Although the grades and thickness obtained are not comparable with the defined resources at Baomahun so far, these initial results are basic for along strike exploration campaign at property. The company has drilled 19 holes totaling 2,938 m and found three of seven targets.

Cluff Gold is encouraged with the initial drilling results that targets VTEM anomalies. Geophysical survey has discovered conductive anomalies related to gold. These results are an important milestone for the project.

At the same time, the company cannot expect upcoming exploration results, through the bond between gold and conductive anomalies. This project has taken significant steps to perform commercial exploration.
