Sandspring Resources Reports Additional Results from Toroparu Deposit

SANDSPRING RESOURCES has reported the additional encouraging gold and copper results from the infill-drilling program completed recently at the Toroparu gold-copper deposit in South America.

The Infill drilling results includes the results of a further drilling of 2,590 m from the TPD171, 173, 176, 178, and 182 drill holes and persists on confirming to extend the resource at the Toroparu project. Sandspring reviews and extends the original infill program in the areas wherein the further resources are predicted to depth and in lateral, depending on these results. It has received the 22,162 m drilling results from the proposed infill program.

Drill Hole locations - TPD 171-183 and Potentially Mineable Portion of the Resource Contours

Sandspring continues further resource drilling and results-driven infill program at the Toroparu deposit. The goal of Sandspring is to expand and optimize the current resource and continue the groundwork of a Definitive Feasibility Study.

This proposed infill drilling will optimize the grade, better outline the geological controls and advance the Inferred Resource categorization that is enclosed in the Potentially Mineable part of the Toroparu resource.

The results that are reported contain the step-out drilling to the south and south-east in the TPD172, 174, 175, 177, 179, 180, 181, and 183 drill holes of the Toroparu deposit. These results give noteworthy indications of the known gold mineralization extensions, validating the prolongation of the exploration drilling of the company with a goal to find final satellite deposits. This infill program will examine the targets located in the 6 km long, west-northwesterly trending structural strip having the key mineralization.

Sandspring has chosen to perform a reverse circulation (RC) drill to accelerate the exploration program and analyze the geochemical anomalies discovered during a regional mapping and sampling program, which is continuing across Sandspring’s larger Upper Puruni Concession.

Currently, Sandspring has announced the results of 91,878 m diamond core drilling program from the Toroparu deposit. Acme Analytical Laboratories has conducted the Analytical testing and reported the quantitative assay results.
