Kimberley Metals Completes Initial Sales Agreement for Mineral Hill Mine

Kimberley Metals has reported that following the receipt of interest expressions from several parties for the off take of the copper concentrate from the Mineral Hill mine, the company is presently completing a preliminary sales agreement for six months. Penfold is supporting the company in this process.

The production and trading of the copper concentrate of the Mineral Hill mine will reveal the ascent of the company to the production status by means of estimated cash flows from the Parkers Hill underground mining processes in August, 2011.

It is anticipated that the Mineral Hill’s Pearse open cut mine will enter the production from mid-2012 and will add significant profits through sales of gold and silver bullion to the Mineral Hill mining operations of Kimberly Metals.

Kimberley Metals is considering that the current Mineral Hill mine commissioning and the sales agreement that is pending, show the capability of the management to develop the projects successfully. The experience and confidence that is cultivated at the Mineral Hill mine will be encouraging for the growth of the outstanding Sorby Hills silver lead project during 2013.
