Platinex and Creso Exploration have announced the fresh grab and channel sampling results from the Gold Corona-Pet Vein zones, which is situated at its Gold Corona property in Ontario.
Gold Corona-Pet Vein has encountered up to 5.4 g/t gold over 1.80 m during channel sampling and the Pet Vein pit’s channel samples have turned out 26 g/t gold over 1.35 m.
The samples from the Pet Vein pit has been gathered by draining the flooded pit of 4 m deep, wherein the grab samples have yielded up to 181 g/t gold. The location of the well mineralized Pet Vein material stock of around 3-5 t was contiguous to the Pet Pit. A character sample of 10.5 kg has produced 26.3 g/t gold using Gravimetric, FAA313 Fire Assay and Metallic Screen test. It has been scheduled for additional digging of the pit to form the mineralized zone’s controlling geometry to target the diamond drilling.
