Torex Gold Resources Encounters Gold Mineralization Continually at El Limon Deposit

Torex Gold Resources continues to intersect high-grade gold mineralization, because of the extension and delineation of its El Limon deposit, Mexico. The results of the drill program have proposed for the east expansion continuously towards the deposit’s south end and a fresh prospect through a south-west expansion.

These drilling results have shown the possibility of adding considerable number of ounces to the planned future resource calculation for March, 2012.

The CEO and President of Torex, has stated that these positive drill results received from the main deposit has increased the belief of the company, so that it will reach the 5.0 Moz gold in the latest resource calculation. The company has been interested in the results obtained from the hole TMP-1138 located towards the deposit’s southwest part. These borehole results validate the company’s model that the mineralization surrounds the intrusion and indicates that mineralization will extend to the southern portion of the Balsas River, which is that same as the former results from the Guajes West deposit.

The company has intersected 4.65 g/t gold over 3.50 m in the hole TMP-1138, 31.71 g/t gold over 3.00 m, 2.87 g/t gold over 8.50 m and 5.08 g/t gold over 23.26 m in the hole TMP-1222, 3.31 g/t gold over 4.30 m in the hole TMP-1224, 5.76 g/t gold over 5.90 m, 3.06 g/t gold over 7.38 m and 3.63 g/t gold over 15.35 m in the hole TMP-1225, 2.45 g/t gold over 13.80 m in the hole TMP-1227, 36.97 g/t gold over 1.40 m and 6.38 g/t gold over 10.55 m in the hole TMP-1228, 29.23 g/t gold over 3.20 m and 18.01 g/t gold over 7.95 m in the hole TMP-1241, 5.04 g/t gold over 4.90 m in the hole TMP-1242.
