Esperanza Resources Starts Drilling Program at Colqui Orcco Gold Project

Esperanza Resources is focused on the development of its Cerro Jumil gold project in Morelos State, Mexico. Also, it is aggressively examining eleven other explorations in Peru and Mexico.

The company has commenced the drilling program at its Colqui Orcco project. The company has planned to drill 12 core holes totaling 1,800 m and the drilling may be stretched based on assay results.

The Colqui Orcco (Silver Hill) is a greenfields property located in Cuzco Department, southern Peru. The concessions in the property include 700 ha. The geologists of Esperanza have identified breccia formations up to a length of 2,500 m in total and 2.7 m broad and three sharply dipping quartz layers. The company has intersected 1.3 g/t gold and 4,984 g/t silver at the channel samples of the layers. Anomalous geochemical indicators, textures of the vein, supplementary alteration and metal ratios are all indicative of the highest section of a silver-rich hydrothermal system. The mineralized target areas are bonanza layer ore bodies in depth.
