Sienna Gold’s Director, Dr. Warren Pratt has stated that these latest drilling results are very important. The continuity of the Callanquitas Structure is seen over a strike of at least 900 m length. High-grade silver zone is hosted in the hole CA 12 27. This zone has been intersected for a depth of over 400 m at vertical intervals of 50 m. This high-grade zone may be possibly expanded through the step-out drill program conducted towards the north and south. In addition, the company will concentrate on the other possible high-grade mineralized zones present in the structure.

A man portable rig and a huge tracked rig are present on the drilling location. The company has drilled 6,700 m at Callanquitas, as a part of the present 10,000-12,000 m drill program and also drilled 3,000 m at Tesoros and Domo.
